"My experience was great. I apologize that I can’t remember the name of the lady I spoke to. I believe her name was Courtney but I’m not positive. She the person that sent me the email. I cannot hear very well so me not remembering wasn’t her fault by any means. My hearing actually makes me not look forward to dealing with this kind of stuff even more than usual. I have to ask questions multiple times to make sure I heard correctly and it can be frustrating for the person I’m talking to, especially when they are busy. Honestly though I never thought she be was bothered by me asking multiple times to make sure I understood what she had told me. She went over everything very thoroughly and it was obvious to me she was very confident in her work. From the moment I spoke with her she seemed to know exactly what was the best option for me given the situation but was more than willing to go over all the options I had and I truly felt like she was trying to help me make the decision that made the most sense for me not what would get me off the phone. I’ve had different insurance companies before and this is exactly why I believe State Farm to be the best one I’ve dealt with no matter wether it was auto or home or a claim or wreck etc. Everyone I’ve dealt with was always polite, professional and easy to speak to. Sorry my review was so long but I really was happy with my interaction and the customer service. It may seem kinda stupid but I’ve had a lot of horrible experiences with customer service with other companies and different services and I’m not going to leave a bad review but I’m happy to leave a good review when it’s deserved because everything is so damn expensive nowadays and it’s at least nice to know you will get treated respectfully and that someone is truly trying to help you.
